Cancellation and Refunds

Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel a booked programme:

• More than 14 days before start date: Full refund
• 7-14 days before start date: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before start date: No refund
• Individual session cancellations within a programme: 48 hours notice required for rescheduling

Our Cancellation: If we need to cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Service Delivery

We commit to:

• Deliver services as described in programme materials
• Provide qualified educators and facilitators
• Maintain appropriate safeguarding measures when working with children
• Respond to enquiries within 24 hours during working days

Your Responsibilities

When participating in our programmes, you agree to:

• Ensure your child attends scheduled sessions
• Inform us of any relevant information that may affect your child's learning
• Respect our educators and other participants
